Module Description
ACH Module
The ACH Module allows your business to initiate its own ACH transactions, such as direct deposit for payroll, electronic tax payments, vendor payments, and direct debits from your clients and payers. The system accepts file imports or uploads in the following formats: NACHA, CSV, and CTX files. There is no software to install, and all ACH batches can be set to recurring if desired. There is extensive reporting available for this module. This module uses a secure, token-based login and is simple and intuitive to use. Once this product is set up, we will provide you with training on how to use the product. It’s important to note that the ACH module is not necessary to simply allow ACH withdrawals or deposits to your account. Your checking account is automatically set up for that – for example, if your insurance company sets up a recurring monthly debit to your account, the ACH module is not necessary to allow that to occur.
Wire Module
The Wire Module allows your business to generate wires directly from Business Online Banking. Domestic and International wires are supported, and the wire template function allows your business to store payment information for sending out wires that may be recurring. This module uses a secure, token-based login and is simple and intuitive to use. Once this product is set up, we will provide you with training on how to use the product.
Positive Pay
The Positive Pay Module helps identify and stop fraudulent activity on checks written. This module only allows checks to clear that have been previously authorized by the client. The Positive Pay Module can accept uploads from multiple accounting systems in the form of a .CSV file. Once this product is set up, we will provide you with training on how to use the product.
Remote Deposit
The Remote Deposit Module allows your business to scan checks directly to your accounts without ever leaving your office! Our app contains a mobile deposit function, which will suffice for businesses that deposit fewer than 10-20 checks per month, in amounts less than $25,000. For businesses that need to scan more checks than that per month, or in larger amounts, the Remote Deposit Module is the correct choice. The Remote Deposit Module comes with a Panini or Check Xpress scanner which will be sent to you at no additional charge, and dollar limits are set based on the current volume of your business. Once this product is set up, we will provide you with training on how to use the product.
