Official Rules for 2025 Match Day Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR:

The 2025 Match Day Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Panacea Financial (the “Sponsor”), contacted at P.O. Box 2075, Ashland, VA 23005.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia (DC), and U.S. territories, who are at least 18 years of age and who are in the National Resident Matching Program in the US at time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household as employees are not eligible to participate.

3. ENTRY PERIOD:

The Sweepstakes begins on 2/1/2025 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on 3/31/2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER:

There are two (2) methods of entry into these Sweepstakes. Entry Method 1: Participants must follow @PanaceaFinancial on Instagram, like and mention a friend in the caption of the Sweepstakes post, and complete the form on the Panacea Financial Match Day Page. Each participant may submit only one entry during the Entry Period. Each participant can earn up to one (1) entry per mention in separate comments if eligible based on Sweepstakes eligibility requirements as outlined. Additional entries can be earned by additional comments mentioning a different Instagram user. For each comment containing a unique mention, that participant will receive one (1) additional entry, with no maximum limit for additional entries. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. Each entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the record holder of the email account from which the entry originated. Entry Method 2: Eligible individuals can enter via postal mail by sending a 3″ x 5″ card with the eligible individual’s name, address, and valid email address to: “2025 Match Day Giveaway Sweepstakes” P.O. Box 2075, Ashland, VA 23005. Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by 3/31/2025 and received by 4/7/2025. Only one mail-in entry per household. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. 

5. PRIZES:

The prizes for the Sweepstakes will be $1,500 in cash awarded to two participants for a total of $3,000 in prizes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value. Taxes are the sole responsibility of prize winners. 

6. WINNER SELECTION:

The winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about 4/7/2025. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION:

The winners will be notified by email within 15 days of the drawing. The potential winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 10 days of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within the designated time or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. The Sponsor will issue the prize to the winners within 15 days of each participant being confirmed and verified.

8. PUBLICITY:

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to allow the use of their name, image, and hometown for promotional and advertising purposes without any compensation, except in states where winners can choose to remain anonymous as permitted by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

  • By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant for any reason.
  • The Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, or software failures.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
  • The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
  • Sweepstakes subject to the laws of the United States only. 
  • All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 
  • All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged.

10. DISCLAIMERS:

  • The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
  • Participants assume all risk and release the Sponsor from any liability.

11. WINNER’S LIST:

To obtain a list of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Panacea Financial, P.O. Box 2075, Ashland, VA 23005 within 30 days after the drawing date.

2. No payments during the first year. For a 5-year term, you make reduced payments in years 2 and 3 of the interest accrued in the first year, added to the monthly interest. Full amortization years 4 and 5. For a 7-year term, you make reduced payments in years 2 and 3 of the interest accrued in the first year, added to the monthly interest. Full amortization over years 4, 5, 6, and 7.

3. For a 3-year term, you make interest-only payments in years 1 and 2. Full amortization in year 3. For a 5-year term, you make interest-only payments in years 1, 2, and 3. Full amortization in years 4, and 5. For a 7-year term, you make interest-only payments in years 1, 2, 3, and 4. Full amortization in years 5, 6, and 7.

4. Interest-only payments during first 6 months of loan. Full amortization over remainder of loan.

5. Adverse Credit Event: two or more payments more than 30 days late, totaling more than $500, within the prior 6 months; accounts with a total outstanding balance greater than $1,000 that are 90 or more days delinquent as of the date of the credit report, or that have been placed in collection or charged off during the two years preceding the date of the credit report; default determination during the five years preceding the date of the credit report; bankruptcy discharge during the five years preceding the date of the credit report; repossession during the five years preceding the date of the credit report; foreclosure during the five years preceding the date of the credit report; charge-off/write-off of a federal student aid debt during the five years preceding the date of the credit report; wage garnishment during the five years preceding the date of the credit report; tax lien during the five years preceding the date of the credit report; consumer credit counseling within five years preceding the date of the credit report.
